05 — Support Arrangement
If you decide to proceed, the proposed support arrangements, applicable fees and start arrangements will be discussed and agreed before services begin.

Submitting an assessment or support enquiry does not create a requirement to purchase a service. Any applicable fees are discussed and agreed as part of the support arrangement before services begin.
