About TSALACH Help
Practical Support for Everyday Living
TSALACH Help provides practical day-to-day living support for adults who may benefit from assistance with everyday routines, organisation and managing ordinary responsibilities.
Our support is focused on the practical parts of daily life. This can include household responsibilities, meal planning, budgeting and organisation, appointments and schedules, personal organisation and community participation.
We recognise that everyone’s circumstances are different. The type and level of support that may be appropriate will depend on the individual, their routines, preferences and the areas where practical assistance may be useful.
We therefore take an individual approach rather than offering one standard support package for everyone.
Who We Are
A Practical Approach to Everyday Support
TSALACH Help is focused on helping adults manage the practical responsibilities that form part of everyday life.
Some people may benefit from occasional assistance with particular tasks or routines. Others may need more regular support with planning, organisation and maintaining day-to-day responsibilities.
Our role is to understand what support may be useful and discuss an arrangement that reflects the individual’s circumstances.
We aim to provide support in a way that is respectful, practical and focused on participation. Where appropriate, the person receiving support remains involved in decisions about their routines, preferences and everyday activities.
Our approach is not based on assuming that everyone needs the same type of help. Instead, we start by understanding the person and the areas where practical support may be appropriate.
Support That Connects With Real Daily Routines
Everyday life involves many different responsibilities. Keeping a home organised, planning meals, managing appointments and staying on top of personal tasks can sometimes become difficult to manage without practical assistance.
TSALACH Help provides support across a range of everyday areas, depending on the individual’s circumstances.
01
Household Support
Practical assistance with everyday household responsibilities and maintaining manageable household routines.
02
Meal Planning
Support with planning everyday meals, organising food requirements and establishing practical meal routines.
03
Budgeting & Organisation
Practical help with organising everyday expenses, planning regular spending and keeping household responsibilities organised.
Support in this area is practical in nature and does not involve providing financial advice or making financial decisions on behalf of an individual.
04
Appointments & Schedules
Support with organising appointments, reminders, calendars, schedules and other everyday commitments.
05
Personal Organisation
Practical help with planning daily and weekly routines, prioritising tasks and managing ordinary personal responsibilities.
06
Community Participation
Support with planning and participating in appropriate everyday activities within the local community, including everyday errands and local activities.
Our Approach
We believe practical support should reflect the person receiving it.
Our approach is based on three simple principles.
Practical Support
We focus on ordinary responsibilities and routines that form part of everyday life.
Respect & Choice
We take individual preferences and circumstances into account and encourage the person receiving support to remain involved in decisions about their everyday routines.
Flexible Approach
The type and level of support a person may need can change over time. Arrangements can therefore be discussed and reviewed when circumstances change.
Our aim is not to take over everyday responsibilities unnecessarily. Where appropriate, practical support is provided in a way that encourages participation and independence.
Support Based on Individual Circumstances
There Is No Single Support Arrangement for Everyone
We do not use a single support plan for every person.
The amount, frequency and type of practical support required can vary depending on individual circumstances. For this reason, TSALACH Help does not publish standard support packages or fixed prices for individual living support services online.
An initial discussion and assessment gives us an opportunity to understand what support may be useful, what the person would like help with and what type of arrangement may be appropriate.
Any applicable fees will be discussed and agreed as part of the individual support arrangement before services begin.
This approach allows the service arrangement to be considered around the individual’s actual circumstances rather than requiring them to choose from a standard package.
Independence, Choice & Respect
Support That Keeps the Individual Involved
Practical support should not automatically mean taking responsibility away from the person receiving support.
Where appropriate, we encourage individuals to remain involved in their everyday routines, decisions and activities. The level of involvement will naturally depend on the person’s circumstances and the type of support being discussed.
This may mean working together to organise household tasks, discussing meal choices, planning upcoming appointments or preparing for an everyday community activity.
The focus is on providing an appropriate level of practical assistance while recognising the individual’s preferences and personal circumstances.
Every support arrangement is considered individually.
Individual Circumstances Come First
There is no fixed list of tasks that will be appropriate for every person.
One individual may mainly need help with household organisation. Another may benefit from support with meal planning and appointments. Someone else may need assistance with maintaining routines or participating in everyday community activities.
These differences are why we discuss support individually.
Our website provides information about the types of practical support we may provide, but it does not replace an individual discussion or assessment.
If you are unsure what type of support may be suitable, you can contact us and explain your situation. We can then discuss the next steps with you.
Start With a Conversation
If you are considering practical support with everyday living, the first step is simply to tell us a little about your circumstances.
You can use our assessment form to provide your details, describe the type of support you may be looking for and provide your preferred appointment time.
A member of the TSALACH Help team can then discuss your enquiry with you and explain the next steps.
There is no need to select a fixed support package or price online.
